FESTIVAL FEES:


The festival fees are for the use of vendor spaces.

Type of vendor spaces available:
  • Exterior space  - - - - (12’X12’) ~ $50.00 per space
  • Interior / Barn Space (10’X10’) ~ $50.00 per space
  • Interior / Barn Space ( 6’X10’)  ~ $50.00 per space


 Number of total vendor spaces available: (55) outdoor spaces and (6) barn spaces / undercover


 ADDITIONAL VENDOR INFORMATION~RULES and REGULATIONS:

    •    Festival Date: Saturday, April 23, 2016 (1 day event)
    •    Rain Date: Sunday, April 24, 2016
    •    Festival Hours: 9:00AM to 4:00PM
    •    Set up: Friday, April 22 ~ Noon to 5PM by prior arrangement (please contact us by April 10th) and Saturday ~ 7AM to 9AM
    •    Tear Down ~ after 4:00PM on Saturday.
    •    Sharing of vendor booths is permitted; both vendors information and merchandise must be listed on the applications.
    •    Vendor booths cannot be sublet without notifying the Olde Liberty Fibre Fair and must be approved by management.
    •    If you find that you cannot attend the show for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If we can re-rent the vendor space by the day of the festival you will receive a Partial Refund. If the vendor space can not be filled, there will be no refund.
    •    You the Vendor are responsible for all unpacking, erecting, dismantling and repacking displays. Our Volunteers may be able to provide some help, but their first priority is the oversight of the faire.
    •    It is understood and agreed that the Olde Liberty Fibre Faire, A Goode View Alpaca Farm, Jim and Lisa Beck or any festival volunteers and agents shall NOT be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, property or animals which is caused directly or indirectly by any reason. Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Olde Liberty Fibre Faire, A Goode View Alpaca Farm, Jim and Lisa Beck or any festival volunteers or agents for any expenses or liabilities, including attorney fees. Any and all insurance is the responsibility of the vendor / exhibitor.
    •    Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Virginia sales / use tax. Please see online State of Virginia Sales & Use Tax information at http://www.tax.virginia.gov/site.cfm?alias=salesusetax or you may call Virginia Department of Taxation at 804-367-8037.
    •    Vendors stationed outdoors must provide their own tents. Tie-downs are recommended. All vendors are responsible for extension cords if needed.
    •    There will be a $50.00 insufficient funds charge for every returned check.

 ELECTRICITY AND WI-FI ACCESS:
 

Please remember that electricity is not a contractual element of your agreement with us.

The festival does not guarantee or charge a fee for electric service. It is available as a courtesy but not in all areas of the festival.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. All extension cords are the responsibility of the vendor. If there is a problem with electric service in your booth we will do our best to remedy the situation but we will not be held liable for any electrical supply problems. The same is true regarding telephone service and WI-FI service. These are services that are independently contracted between the vendor and the provider. The festival does not play any role in that relationship.

ANIMAL POLICY:

There are no animals permitted, with the exceptions: service animals, approved rabbits, sheep, goats, llamas and alpacas involved with breed displays.

Vendors bringing their fiber animals must provide their own cage(s). Also for the safety of the public these animals must have a Veterinary Signed ~ Certificate of Health within the last 60 days for entrance to the festival.

NO PETS are allowed anywhere. The festival reserves the right to ask anyone violating this rule to leave the premises. No refund on booth fees paid will be given.





Volunteers and Equal Opportunities statement:

All members of the “Olde Liberty Fibre Faire” who work for and at the festival are volunteers. We will always do our best to respond to your inquiries in a timely manor.

It is the policy of this festival to provide equal opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age, or disability.


Olde Liberty Fibre Faire is a charitable organization. All profits this year will be divided among the local 4-H, the local F.F.A., Grace House (a homeless shelter) and Brook Hill Farm (an Equine Therapy Center).  Donated wearable items will be going to help those who live in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
