Our Gratitude

Olde Liberty Fibre Faire couldn't happen without the support and generosity of those who volunteer their time and services.

Please be sure to patronize our supporters who have been so generous!

A special Thank You!

We want to send a special "Thank you." to Bison Printing, who has provided full size, glossy posters for our event at no cost.

We also want to thank all of our vendors for finding time in their schedules at short notice, to come out and support our event. Our event couldn't happen without them.

Check out the Vendor Links, and visit their booths to see all of the wonderful goodies they provide.

I also want to thank all of our generous donors, who have donated time, money, and merchandise to help ensure our event not only happens, but helps to raise money for charitable organizations.

Just a quick update on The Olde Liberty Fibre Faire 2016

Just publishing a quick update on Olde Liberty Fibre Faire's progress so far.  We are in the process of getting things done, and have lots of exciting ideas, presentations, and products we hope to share in the upcoming months.

Just a few reminders:

Date and Time:
The 2016 Olde Liberty Fibre Faire will be held April 23rd, on a Saturday, from 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M. The Rain Date will be April 24th.

Location:
Olde Liberty Fibre Faire will be held at A Goode View Alpaca Farm.  They are kindly hosting this year, and have been instrumental in getting things done! You can find directions here.

Admission:
We will be accepting guests at the gate for a $5.00 admission fee per adult, children, 12 and under, are admitted free.

Raffle:
There will also be raffles held throughout the day to help raise funds to support our charities.

Raffle items valued at $25.00 or less: Tickets will be sold for $1.00 each or $5.00 for 6 tickets.  Each donation of a new store bought or handmade item of clothing will qualify for one raffle ticket. There is no limit on number of new clothing items donated in lieu of money for raffle tickets

Raffle items valued over $25.00: Tickets will be sold for $5.00 each.

Fundraiser:
As an additional fundraiser, there will be a vertical swift set up and running through out the day.  For a fee of $1.00, you may have your skeins of yarn wound into balls. This a great way to make sure your new purchases don't get tangled on the way home.

Vendors:
We have Vendor registration info and forms available as well.

If you are a new vendor, we would welcome hearing from you, and of course all those who have vended for us in the past are welcomed as well.

Contact us!
If anyone has questions, please feel free to contact us! The contact form is located to the right of this post. We always try to reply as quickly as possible. You may also contact us through facebook messages.

We look forward to seeing everyone!

Note: info updated on February 29, 2016 to reflect additional raffles.
